Policies

To secure your appointment, a $100 non-refundable deposit (no exceptions) is required at the time of scheduling. 

• The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fee on the day of your appointment. 
• The remaining balance is due during your scheduled appointment.
• $100 deposit is required for follow up (touch up)  prior to your appointment. 
• Hypnotist Beauty Lab will call or text to confirm your follow up appointment (should you need it) 

Our time is valuable as well as yours and as a courtesy to Hypnotist Beauty Lab, should you need to cancel, please do so a minimum of 48 hours before your allotted appointment time. If you do not inform us within 48 hours half the price of the service will be charged. 

If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged half price of the service. You will be banned from any future bookings.

If you decide to not show up for your touch up, your appointment will be canceled 10 minutes after your appointment time. You may call the office to reschedule your touch up and must pay a new deposit. 

If you need to reschedule you would have to inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your appointment will be rescheduled depending on our availability and the old price will not be honored. Our policy allows for only one reschedule while keeping your deposit. If you need to reschedule for the second time, you will lose your deposit. There is no third rescheduling. If you fail to inform us within less than 48 hours you will be charged half price of the booking service.

If you need to reschedule your follow-up appointment and your rescheduling falls past three months of your initial appointment, the price for 3-6 month follow-up will apply. No exception.

All appointments are scheduled to allow ample time for all clients. We understand that unforeseen events may happen, I advise you to inform us as soon as possible. There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are late for more than 15 minutes there will be a $50 late fee. If you are late more than 25 minutes your appointment will be canceled and rescheduling with a new deposit will be required, the new price will apply.

If you are late more than 10 minutes for your touch up appointment, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. 

• Pets: No pets are allowed exception is only service dogs
• Children: Any children under the age of 8 are not allowed.
• GUESTS: Due to space limitation, no guest are allowed. We want to give our clients a quiet, relaxing experience here at Hypnotist Beauty Lab
  

Prices are subject to change without notice, however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking. (not in case of rescheduling). We have the right to refuse service to anyone
